Rain Barrels The City has offered rain barrels at cost to residents since 2006. In partnership with L. Bowen Series Elle Aycart Epub Bud. B.H. Building Centre, the 2017 Rain Barrel Event (held on May 6) was successful in providing St.

Albert residents with a total of 450 rain barrels. At $50 per rain barrel, limit two per person, residents began purchasing the barrels and enjoying the event at 8 am until supplies ran out. This event has been held at L.B.H.

Building Centre (11 Riel Drive, St. Albert) since 2015 with tremendous success. We thank everyone who particpated in this year's event, which had a special focus on the upcoming, coming into affect January 1, 2018. We hope to see you next year!
