I have lost my original CDrom that came with my scanner, scanner was bought about 5 years ago for win98, i am now running XP pro I have downloaded the software for my above scanner from HP, both for win98 and XP, files are respectively sj397en,sj398ei. When I try to unzip the file the follwing screen comes up 16 Bit Windows Subsystem D: WINDOWS SYSTEM AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not suitable for running MS Dos and Microsoft Windows Applications. Chose 'Close' to terminate the application. Boxed options then offer CLOSE or IGNORE. Both result in the operation stopping. Any ideas please Thanks.
