I took both my G2 and G tests at Canotek. For the G2, they will just take you around the neighborhood. I would suggest backing your car into the spot behind the building before you start your test.this will show that you can back into a spot. They'll then take you around the small little neighborhood and point out where you should do your parallel park, emergency stop, and three point turn. When you do your emergency stop, they may also ask you how you would park in an uphill/downhill situation and whether there is a curb or not. You might be going through a school zone as well, so make sure to be wary.

And I think the max you'll be going is 60km/h. Make sure to stay within +/- 2km/h within the speed limit. Good luck with the test.

I remember my test very clearly. I did it in the morning, I think I may have been the first actually. We drove out of the parking lot, got on the highway (right behind a damn bus too, so I couldn't see when the merging lane ended). Got off the highway and drove back to the Canotek office. Didn't ask me to reverse, park any specific way, three point turn or anything really.
